Referral Program Rules

Please read these rules carefully before participating in the Memes.surf referral program.

1. General Rules

1.1. The referral program is open to all eligible Memes.surf users with a connected TON wallet.

1.2. By participating in the referral program, you agree to these rules in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

1.3. Memes.surf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

2. Referral Link Usage

2.1. Each user receives a unique referral link tied to their wallet address.

2.2. Referral links must not be used in any of the following ways:

• Spamming or unsolicited mass messaging
• Misleading claims about Memes.surf or its services
• Impersonating Memes.surf team members or affiliates
• Advertising on platforms that prohibit referral links
• Any form of fraud or deception

2.3. Referral links may be shared on social media, blogs, Telegram groups, and other channels where such sharing is permitted.

3. Reward Structure

3.1. Referrers earn a share of the trading fee from each trade made by their referred users.

3.2. Rewards are calculated based on the trading fee (1%) generated by the referred user's trades.

3.3. The referral reward is a portion of the platform's trading fee and does not increase the cost for the referred user.

3.4. Reward rates may be adjusted by Memes.surf at any time. Current rates are displayed on the referral dashboard.

4. Qualifying Actions

4.1. A referral is considered valid when:

• A new user clicks the referral link
• Connects a TON wallet that has not been previously registered on Memes.surf
• Completes at least one trade (buy or sell share-tokens)

4.2. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. You may not use your own referral link to create additional accounts.

4.3. Referrals from restricted jurisdictions (as defined in our Terms & Conditions) are not eligible for rewards.

5. Reward Distribution

5.1. Rewards accumulate in real-time as referred users trade.

5.2. Rewards can be claimed from the referral dashboard at any time, subject to a minimum withdrawal amount.

5.3. Rewards are paid in TON and sent directly to the referrer's wallet.

5.4. Memes.surf is not responsible for any losses due to incorrect wallet addresses.

6. Anti-Fraud Measures

6.1. Memes.surf actively monitors for fraudulent referral activity, including but not limited to:

• Self-referrals or multi-account abuse
• Wash trading to generate artificial referral fees
• Use of bots or automated systems to simulate referrals

6.2. If fraudulent activity is detected, Memes.surf reserves the right to:

• Disqualify the fraudulent referrals
• Withhold any accrued rewards
• Suspend or ban the offending account(s)
• Pursue legal action if necessary

6.3. All decisions regarding fraud determination are final and at the sole discretion of Memes.surf.

7. Limitations of Liability

7.1. Memes.surf makes no guarantees regarding the amount of referral rewards a user may earn.

7.2. Rewards are dependent on the trading activity of referred users and market conditions.

7.3. Memes.surf is not liable for any technical issues that may affect referral tracking or reward distribution.
