How Does It Work?

Memes.surf transforms memes into tradeable NFT assets on the TON blockchain. Here's how the full lifecycle works:

1. Create a Meme

Upload your own image or let AI generate one for you. Memes.surf supports two creation modes:

  • AI-Generated Memes - Use @GrokAI or @Mira bots to generate meme images directly in the app. Just describe what you want and let the AI cook.
  • Manual Upload - Upload any image from your device and tokenize it instantly.

2. Tokenization

Once created, the meme is minted as an NFT and split into 1,000,000 share-tokens - fractional units that represent ownership in the meme.

Meme Image → NFT Mint (1 of 1,000) → 1,000,000 Shares Issued → Available for Trading

Each meme has a fixed supply of 1,000 NFTs and 1,000,000 share-tokens. The NFTs live on-chain as collectible assets.

3. Trading Share-Tokens

Users can buy and sell share-tokens. As more participants buy in, the price of each share-token rises - creating a pump-style dynamic similar to memecoin trading.

  • Buy share-tokens with TON
  • Sell share-tokens back for TON
  • Price increases with each buy
  • Price decreases with each sell

4. Claim the Full NFT

When a user accumulates 1,000,000 share-tokens (the full supply), they can mint the NFT. This burns all 1,000,000 shares and mints one NFT from the collection (out of 1,000 total). Once the shares are burned, they are permanently removed from circulation.

Once minted, the NFT can be:

  • Held as a collectible
  • Traded on NFT marketplaces like Getgems
  • Transferred freely between wallets

5. The Ecosystem

Memes.surf unites two worlds in a single platform:
